The timeline is: as soon as I get it done. I assume your form processor writes a log file of the requests somewhere. At present there are two copies of your program. You should go to the /public/vhost/g/gutenberg/html/ directory on login.ibiblio.org and edit that copy of the form processor so it writes the log into the new file hierarchy. The old copy under /public/html/gutenberg/ will still write the log to the old location. When we switch over, the new form will start writing the new log and you'll just have to pick up the old log once manually before we delete the old directory.
