The book of ungrammatical, incomprehensible American Expressions?
It's not incomprehensible; I'd expect all intelligent native speakers of English to comprehend it. It's based off a popular phrase, "All your base are belong to us", from a European edition of a video game. Blame the Europeans, or the Japanese, but it's surely not the fault of Americans. But what the hell, a cheap shot's always worth it, isn't it?
