The HTML is correct. W3 says so.
The HTML is not only bogus, but gratuitously so. It could have been made 
to work with any browser with very small effort of the brain. The 
following example works with IE60, IE55, IE50, Firefox, Opera, 
Konqueror, lynx, links and w3m, with both styles enabled or disabled in 
the browsers that let you choose.
