bb brain mentioned it in passing a few days ago. Conversion between formats is a fairly easy and straight-forward process. How successful the conversion is depends in large part on how well any two markup languages map to each other. This tool could be useful if you have a document in some strange format and want to convert it to a more standard format, and it probably is a useful part of a conversion tool chain. Unfortunately, what it won't do is convert a document with /no/ markup to a document /with/ markup.
