Yes, I agree this would be nice. In case there is confusion, what is under discussion is the copyright clearance system as used at: http://copy.pglaf.org/ Looking through my list of items with status "Cleared", I see that I have three clearances which were submitted manually to a white-washer; one which was a small volume of poems which was combined with another similar volume for posting to PG; and two which are duplicates of items already in PG that I didn't check closely enough. I see that there is a "Cancelled" status, which could be suitable for some of these. However, there does not seem to be a way to use it. Andrew On Mon, 19 Jun 2006, David Starner wrote:
