Hi Greg, Lets start with some Latex to HTML convertors: a bunch are listed here: http://enc.com.au/docs/latexhtml/ If you lift the ban on javascript, you can use mathjax (http://www.mathjax.org/), and get quite some things done in HTML. Run it once for all math expressions, then keep the generated MathML, and MathML-aware readers can handle it, several browsers can do this already. It will take some years before the devices will pick it up, but MathML is part of the ePub3 standard. Think this will work in some browser-based ePub readers already. All together, still a challenge, but the building blocks are there. Jeroen. On 2012-03-04 05:56, Greg Newby wrote:

Lotta math. Beautifully done. Dunno if there's an effective path to EPUB or even HTML. -- Greg
