Re: [gutvol-d] pontifications from mount high horse -- #1498

Roger: On impulse, I fetched betle.zml from BB's site, mainly because I wanted to get up to date on his work. Then, on a further impulse, I started to edit it into my dotted-file format. Now, before you look, let me point out that I have not spent more than about an hour on my version. In particular, there are lots of spurious hyphens from the OCR, but they can be fixed. If you are at all interested, look at my derived HTML (without the images) at www.limpidsoft.com/betlepython.html and the source text at www.limpidsoft.com/betlepython.txt. The conversions are with a python script, as you will have guessed. If you want it, you can have it---Now! The HTML looks generally acceptable to me, but the images are missing. BB, could you be persuaded to add the HTML to your treasury, so that we can see the result in context? John Redmond
