this is the way the harassment of the skilled long-term p1 proofers tends to be "officially" described. not that andrew is "an official", or anything. unofficially, seasoned p1 proofers are accused of "poaching the easy stuff", which is, of course, plainly ridiculous. ...which is why DP prefers OCR submissions that are not *too* good. And P3'ers end up making changes so they can feel like they are making a contribution -- its hard to convince people that they have done their job if they look carefully at a page and say "yup, there are no errors there."
