ok, so i'm re-doing huck finn. david's version has no provenance. jim's version has none of the images. neither one is as error-free as i can be. i thought i'd have it all finished by today -- a week after "pride and prejudice" -- but proofing is going longer than allotted, thanks to all that delicious twain slanguage, so i'm resetting my deadline to this weekend. if you want to see the work in progress, though, you can see the text as it gets updated by visiting:
