I find it disturbing that my mail is being blocked even though I am not the source of these e-mails. I have run

virus-checkers

on both machines that I use to check my mail, and the virus is not present. I don't send mail from this account more than once every couple of weeks, and I only send an attachment about once a month, to people who are expecting it from me.

I'm sure most of you know this, but I will say it anyway: if you don't have a virus scanner, get one. If you have one, use it. If some one sends and attachment with 2 file extensions (example: filename.txt.zip), it's probably a virus.
