I just went over this question concerning The Hawaii State Library, to whom we personally gave most of our eBooks many years ago, but I note that it was a full page front page [local section] news story, just two-three weeks ago when they went to OverDrive. . .go figure. OMC does seem to implement the "full" EPUB experience from PG, not a dumbed-down reconstituted version like some websites provide. Like always, it appears to lag releases compared to the PG website itself.
