well, i am thoroughly depressed by the specter of four more years of george w. anyway, i will be heading out of here shortly -- off to collect my thoughts and criticisms in a blog, instead of attempting to share them with you here, to be free of the incessant swirl of noise and flack that my detractors here seem to love to throw around me -- so does anyone have any questions for me before i leave? -bowerbird
