[gutvol-p] Generating EPUB formatted books and thanks

Thanks to everyone at Project Gutenberg for this great resource.

I've converted a couple of Project Gutenberg text formatted books to EPUB using 
AsciiDoc [disclosure: I wrote AsciiDoc], it was very easy, you may be
