[PGCanada] conference / PG Canada Toronto meeting

An attempt to undo all the mailing list muddification I've created this morning: 1. On the *general* PG list, Andrew posted a notice regarding a conference at UVIC. I thought the message was via the PG Canada list, and replied accordingly. sheeesh.
