Has a list of current Canadian PG titles been made? I do know of a few individual books, and I'm in the middle of transcribing some Drummond poems for PG. If this hasn't been done already, I don't mind putting in some effort to find what's in there. Kris

I know I've mentioned this a few times before, but I suppose one more couldn't hurt. A while ago, I put in a good deal of effort doing just what you describe. Take a look at: http://www.victoria.tc.ca/~sly/cancon.htm The first link on the page leads to a list of a few hundred titles of Canadiana in PG. As it is right now, it's perhaps reaching the limits of usefulness, but I have the data it's generated from in a database if anyone would like it for other purposes. And I'll welcome any suggestions for more titles to add.... Andrew

That's a good start. I notice some of Wallace's are missing. Would it make sense to add a page to the wiki? Kris

Yes, I havn't gone out of my way to add any titles recently unless someone specifically mentions them to me. (or they are texts I've helped produce) Are you thinking of a page for requested/suggested texts on the wiki? It couldn't hurt. Although, I'll say again that I don't believe that a shortage of material to add will be a problem. There is an abundance of material on PG and other places that various people could want to add to PG Canada for various reasons. Also, there is the largely untapped post-1922 Canadian public domain which some would suggest as a priority. If experience with PG is any indicator, the actual texts added to the collection will be more likely to be determined by the volunteers who actually do the work digitising/reformatting the texts, rather than any particular list.
