Third Annual Report of the Kensington Parochial Institute, by Anonymous 42087 [Link: http://www.gutenberg.org/4/2/0/8/42087 ] [Files: 42087-0.txt; 42087-h.htm] For those wishing to know: a minor report from 1852 from Kensington, London. The Institute was pressing for a public library in Kensington, which at the time was very prosperous, and falling behind other cities in the UK which had formed libraries. A nice aspect is that the current Kensington Library allowed their copy of this to be used for the transcription. They're a nice bunch.
