Is there supposed to be a text file here as well as the PDF and TeX? (You mention "5740-8.txt" below.) I do see the PDF and TeX source files, but no sort of plain text. (Of course, that wouldn't be easy to do with this book, due the symbols and diagrams.) John David Widger wrote:
