The last few pages of this book have been missing since this was posted. (This was known at the time; the DP'ers were working off an incomplete copy.) There is now a complete copy of the book posted at http://www.uflib.ufl.edu/ufdc/?b=UF00001767&v=00001 if anyone wants to fill in the last few pages. (Basically, add pages 25-28.)
