Cussons' Horncastle Compendium, 1837, by D. Cussons 53777 [Link: http://www.gutenberg.org/5/3/7/7/53777 ] [Files: 53777-0.txt; 53777-h.htm] For those wishing to know: D. Cussons was a local printer and bookseller in the Lincolnshire town of Horncastle (England). As far as I know this was his first and only attempt at a local odds and ends book. Amongst the information are when the fairs are, how to cure pimples, exceptions from the window tax and an advertisement for foreign missions. He didn't put much about Horncastle in it as people in the town knew what was there. All the best, David, Cold and damp England
