Edward Hoare gave to the Church of England Young Men's Society. Whilst this is a complete work, it's a bit of a mystery as there's not a proper title page as there is in other of Edward Hoare's pamphlets and someone has added handwritten page numbers (they run 1 to 12 in the printed book) from 2063 onwards.
