It looks like the images are no longer included in the HTML version (though they're still in the etext directory: a cover image and 3 interior illustrations). I don't see any img links from 9833-h/9833-h.htm , and the h.zip file has shrunk from 915K to 79K, only including the HTML file and not any of the jpeg images.
