[gutvol-p] RDF Dump: Where is the mapping for Library of Congress information

Hello,

I am looking at the new (individual files) RDF dump and trying to
understand where some of the subject information is coming from.

For example: http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/833 has LoC class as "HB:
Social sciences: Economic theory, Demography".
The RDF in the file is:
    <dcterms:subject>
      <rdf:Description>
        <dcam:memberOf rdf:resource="http://purl.org/dc/terms/LCC"/>
        <rdf:value>HB</rdf:value>
      </rdf:Description>
    </dcterms:subject>
So, somewhere "HB" is mapped to the full classification path. But I
cannot find that mapping in a parsable form.

Is there an authoritative mapping file? Or an algorithm?

Regards,
   Alex.
