[gutvol-w] Project Gutenberg site not working over IPv6 tunnel

I posted traceroutes for Project Gutenberg and iBiblio on the iBiblio Q&A page I linked to earlier. https://answers.ibiblio.org/questions/1701/cant-connect-to-ibiblio-website-or-gutenbergorg-wh.html

Do you think this could have something to do with the problem? http://help.unc.edu/help/campus-ipv6-policy/ Specifically, the part where they say “We reserve the right to refuse any non-global or non-native (i.e. tunneled) IPv6 address.” Also, the box that’s labeled “Examples of IPv6 addresses that are discouraged:”
