"Better" copyright ALWAYS equals "LONGER" copyright

in contexts written by WIPO and the publishing industry.

What WE need to do is introduce "copyright reform" to
enourage the preservation of culture / the public domain.

Without copyright reform nothing in the future will go
into the public domain.
