[PGCanada] conference / PG Canada Toronto meeting

An attempt to undo all the mailing list muddification I've created this morning:

1. On the *general* PG list, Andrew posted a notice regarding a
conference at UVIC. I thought the message was via the PG Canada list,
and replied accordingly. sheeesh. (By the way, my company has agreed
to send me to the conference.)

2. As part of the above thread, I mentioned an upcoming meeting in
