For those wishing to know: A short pamphlet written in Bradford, England, 
advocating an aural approach to learning languages - i.e. you have to 
speak it, not just learn the grammar.  There's a random assortment of 
language notes at the end - I guess the writer hadn't filled up all the 
available paper.
