Somehow in the migration process, the images that used to be packaged with
the HTML zip for this book got lost.  Could they be restored?

It'd be great if they
could also be linked in the unzipped HTML file as well, but at least
let's not lose the images that were there in the zip.

(They're about 11 JPEGs, and they're still in the 8blbg10h.zip file that's
in the "old" subdirectory.)
