The .zip file for this one used to contain all of the text files,
and apparently no longer does.  (Now it just has the table of
contents file zipped, and nothing else.)

It'd be nice if there was a download-it-all-at-once zip, like
there was before.  (Actually, it'd be nice to have a concatenated
text file, too; this wasn't as useful way back when because of
the size, but now the size shouldn't be a big deal.)

Is it at least possible to restore the zip?  (And maybe the other
things if they're easily done.)
