This file has been updated with the new header, removed from 
its old address in etext03, and filed under the new directory 
system.  


Note: the original HTML file was not migrated to this fileset,
but is still available in 4100/old.  It was omitted because
of its odd character set (Windows-1253) and its illegibility 
in modern browsers.  (Greek characters do not migrate well to 
Latin1 HTML entities.)
