There was a follow-up posting note for this, sent Sept 14, that said:

"The Settler" was originally posted as #40680, which had been reserved,
along with 40681, for a future 2-volume project.  

"The Settler" has now been posted as #43450.  Its original files have
been removed, and 40680's catalog record cleared.

The two reserved numbers (40680, 40681) are awaiting fulfilment.
