For those wishing to know: James Ewing Ritchie was an anti-drink 
campaigner and with others had succeeded in getting a law that limited the 
sale of alcholol on Sunday.  Others had complained about the limits and 
the British Parliament held an inquiry where the publicans tried to get 
the new law scrapped.  They failed and this short pamphlet is mainly 
Ritchie gloating somewhat!
