For those wishing to know: I presume it's a response to Edward Pusey's 
works which aimed to move the Church of England away from it's Protestant 
ethos and back to Rome.  It goes through the core documents of the Church 
of England and looks to see what support they lend, if any, to Pusey's 
views.  As Pusey is quoted quite a bit I guess he'd made claims that Hoare 
is keen to invalidate.
