For those wishing to know: the villiage of Wroxeter, near Shrewsbury, 
England, has one of the finest set of Roman remains in the country.  At 
this time Wright wrote his book (1859) not all of it was visible, having 
been covered by earth, but there was still plenty that had been found, 
etc.  It's a mix between a guide book and an antiquarian book.
