For those wishing to know: the construction of the Chester to Holyhead 
railway had been a lot more difficult than anticipated and by the late 
1840's the shareholders were starting to get worried as the complex job of 
bridging the Menai Straits hadn't been accomplished.  Shares prices 
dropped and William Morgan, a shareholder, wrote this short pamphlet to 
encourage his fellow shareholders to stick with it as it was almost done. 
It's interesting what he cites as being the huge income sources when the 
line opens.
