For those wishing to know: Ritchie was the editor of Christian World (in 
England) and produced lots of biographical and similar books, usually 
aiming to show a moral of some kind.  This is a very rare book of his when 
he looks at people who had become rich.  It's not his best work as it's 
mainly very long quotes from other biographies, but it has many pleasant 
annecdotes.
