For those wishing to know: this is the 1st edition of the pamphlet 
released as 63735: the text is almost identical but Wodehouse had to 
rewrite some parts as he had incorrectly implied in this edition that 
Rev. C. Green agreed with him etc.  Rev. C. Green's response to that is 
pamphlet 63736.  Both pamhplets were published in the same year (1843) and 
Wodehouse clearly ignored the comments entirely (in the 2nd edition).

Apologies for doing both but the person I'm researching makes reference to 
both pamphlets and the differences: it's always good to have the proper 
source materials.
