For those wishing to know: Around 1850 Rev. Vaughan, head master of Horrow 
School had written a short pamphlet explaining why he didn't want to join 
in the religious condemnation of the Post Office Changes (re: Sunday 
working).  This is a more detailed explanation of his views, as he was 
attacked for the first pamphlet.
