For those wishing to know: Rev. William Hull as a minister in Norwich, 
England, and was very worried about the Tractarian trends in the Church of 
England.  This short pamphlet is him writing to his "friend" almost 
accusing him of sleep-walking into the destruction of the Church of 
England by not going the association.  Written 1840 when Tractarianism was 
kicking off.
