For those wishing to know: William Wood was vicar of Fulham, near London 
and preached this in 1831.  The weather was poor when he preached so 
attendanace was low, but he expected the Sabbath to be kept etc.  It's 
part of pamphlets I'm reading my way through to get a better picture of 
the area prior to the urbanisation etc.
