For those wishing to know: a statistian taking a look at the 1861 / 1871 
census in England and pointing out things that don't look right.  It's not 
easy to follow and there are lots of assumptions which lead to large table 
which then are further processed.  In a week's time we get the 1921 census 
released so it's slightly currently relevant.
