The author's name is a bit tricky to catalog, since it is 
only a first name. No familiy name implied as he was 
"Infante" (prince) of Castile, that is, he was the grand-son 
of a king. The National Library of Spain catalogs him as 
"Juan Manuel, Don (1282-1348)".
