For those wishing to know: a "review" of Richard Ford's "Handbook to 
Spain" written by Borrow but which wasn't published at the time as Borrow 
forgot to mention the book he was reviewing.  Many years after Borrow's 
death Wise published it, suggesting it as an extra chapter of Borrow's 
famous book "The Bible in Spain."
