Sorry about that....I mistakenly approved the moderated message (which
should have been captured by Mailman automatically, but it sometimes
misses "administrative" messages).  You're right that he could have
unsubscribed himself (herself), but usually I just go ahead and do it
when such messages arrive.  I *don't* approve them for distribution to
the mailing list, but this time made a mistake, and did.
