For those wishing to know: Rev. Edward Hoare goes through the standard 
teaching of the Church of England on baptism and looks at it in the Bible 
and the church's Prayer book.  As most dissenters would claim the Church 
of England wasn't following the Bible, Hoare adopts the argument that 
baptism wasn't done AFTER proof of genuine conversion, but was instead 
taking a person at their word.  He allows infant baptism by saying it is 
taking the word of the Christian parents.  Doubt he satisified anyone!
