I've now emptied 38200's folder, unlinked/deleted its title/author/etc
from the catalog, and reposted 38200 as 58115.  I've sent an UNPosted
note for 38200 and a posted note for 58115.

I leave it to the gutcat people to add any extra notes about all this.
