Corrections have been made in this file and it has been updated with the 
new header, removed from its old address in etext02, and filed under the
new directory system.  Unicode, HTML, pictures etc. have been provided.

IMPORTANT: This is a different edition of the original book (it has been 
cleared).  The eText that was here was simply the last half of eText 3228 
- that eText has been restored to its full length and rather than repost a 
duplicate here, I thought it better to provide a different version. 
Textually they are nearly identical, except for national spellings.
